The City of Oceanside joined the AARP Age-Friendly Network on April 7, 2024. The City is working with the Center for Excellence in Aging & Longevity at the San Diego State University Social Policy Institute to develop a 5-year action plan. This process will have multiple opportunities for community input about needs and priorities to make Oceanside more livable. The city completed a community survey in January. Survey Results.
The listening sessions will help prioritize key areas of focus for the Oceanside Age-Friendly Action Plan. An RSVP is appreciated, but not required to attend.
