Landscape plans are required as part of the building, grading, and public improvement plans. Landscape plans for erosion control, re-vegetation, or planting within public rights-of-way and private developments shall be prepared by a landscape architect or other professional as licensed and authorized by the California Business and Professions Code. Plans must be consistent with the City’s Landscape Development Manual.
