In accordance with Section 2.E.3 of the San Diego Regional Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Permit and the City of Oceanside's Municipal Code, all Priority Development Project (PDP) owners/managers are required to inspect and maintain their Structural Best Management Practices (SBMPs) to ensure they function as indicated on the facility's Operations & Maintenance Plan and Stormwater Maintenance Agreement. 

PDP property owners/managers that have not submitted maintenance documentation or are considered a high threat to water quality will be inspected by Watershed Protection Program staff to verify SBMPs are properly maintained.
