If you are interested in being placed on our vendor list, please send a letter on your letterhead to the City of Oceanside, 300 N. Coast Highway, Oceanside, CA 92054, attention Purchasing with a detailed explanation of the goods and services you offer or use our online registration. We will place you in our database and route any marketing material you may want to include to the most likely users in the City.
All vendors doing business with the City of Oceanside are required to complete the Vendor Application Packet. Download the packet, complete and send original to your contact at the City of Oceanside.

Contractors List for Informal Bidding
The City of Oceanside (City) has elected to become subject to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act. Contractors on the list will be sent notices inviting bids for City projects estimated to cost less than $175,000 for the category of work to be bid.
